JTF brings together student musical theater troupes from all over the world for a weekend of musical theater mayhem and madness. Each troupe performs fifteen minutes from a Broadway Junior show for adjudication by a panel of musical theater experts. The weekend also features professional development for teachers, workshops for students and parents, a New Works Showcase featuring new musical adapta

tions soon to be released and concludes with a grand finale concert headlined by Broadway’s best! The Junior Theater Festival is sponsored by Playbill, Disney Musicals and Music Theatre International.

Join us in congratulating the Stuart-Hobson DramaPlayers program on receiving the Foundation’s Franzén Award for the Arts, which is dedicated to cultivating arts initiatives on Capitol Hill. This $25,000 grant will help to stabilize and sustain the DramaPlayers program and will support the students’ future participation at JTF!

AUDITIONS CLOSE SOON - If you’re not already heading to JTF Atlanta, this is your chance to come along as part of a new group with international students. Travel Gang are on the hunt for six super talented students from the USA to join the “International All-Stars”. This group will include Europeans, Americans, Australians, Canadians, and New Zealanders. The magic will happen when they all meet in New York City, where they’ll collaborate with some of the industry’s finest professionals. Together, they’ll craft an adjudication performance set to dazzle the crowds at JTF Atlanta. This is a chance to meet incredible people, and create memories that’ll last a lifetime.
