A Personal Note from Chef Lou
After a lifetime in the food and hospitality industry, I’m enjoying the first chapter of my retirement while preparing for an exciting new career and several projects that have been on my heart for many years.
This summer, I’ve decided to step back from the kitchen to devote my time to these new adventures while still welcoming guests to Daddino’s Grand Ballroom.
Food service will be temporarily unavailable during this special promotion.
This offer is for venue rental only, giving you the flexibility to bring in your own licensed caterer or make your own catering arrangements.
I invite you to follow along as I begin this exciting new chapter. From the lake, the gardens, and the kitchen at Chez Lou, to new culinary creations, community projects, and a few surprises along the way, I look forward to keeping everyone in the loop.
