There's a moment in every session where the demo stops being a demo. You can hear it before anyone says a word — the room just shifts.
That's the part of this work that never gets old. Not the paperwork, not the release schedule, not the metadata spreadsheets. It's standing on the other side of the glass while an artist from Maryland finds the take that's been living in their head for months.
We're a small team, and we like it that way. Publishing, label, management — all under one roof, all pulling in the same direction. No layers of approvals, no lost emails between departments. Just an artist, a mic, and a room full of people who actually care how this record turns out.
Studio time this week has been nonstop. New project in the works. We'll share when it's ready — for now, just know the demos are sounding dangerously good.
