White, in layers.

In summer, white has a particular clarity. It reflects light, cools the room and makes texture more visible—ruffled petals, translucent edges, deep shadows between blooms.

This tower arrangement was built with tonal contrast and presence rather than color: ivory peonies for volume, white anemones with black centers for definition, and pale blush sweet peas for movement.

Concentrating the illusion of weight at the base, flowers become airy and loft-like as it rises. A few long stems keep the flowers from feeling earthbound. Abundant, but not heavy. Romantic, but not precious or twee. Its aesthetic sensibility lies in the balance between light and ease. A distinctly French approach to flowers: loosely composed and instinctive.

Our signature bouquet, La Bohème, is about creating more texture, more contrast and more emotion. It is alive with difference—wild, expressive and impossible to absorb in a single look. Each flower carries a different mood—romance, energy, optimism, calm.

Together, they create a feeling of generosity, a loose, painterly softness. Pink ranunculus for density and rhythm. Blue delphinium adds height and a cool counterpoint, while bright, impossibly yellow blooms cut through the palette like flashes of sunlight. Waxflower and trailing jasmine loosen the edges, giving the bouquet movement and energy.
