Hey there, I’m Tawana and I love food, being a mom, plant medicine and yoga!!!

100% of the food posted I’ve cooked myself and no I’ve never went to culinary school either lol.

As a New Yorker raised in South Carolina food and family meals were everything in our household because we believed food feds the soul.
