A Wushu "First Dance" that I will never forget!

It was such an amazing day under the 🌸 blossom esplanade. To gather everyone that matters celebrating the story of Melanie and Connor.

From the beautiful ceremony 🌸 to the wonderful reception at the Palm House, & ending the evening dancing the night away 🎵 🎶 it was PERFECT. I am glad I was able to capture these priceless memories. Congratulations again and many more Wushu performances 😉

From the neighborhood of Union Square to the iconic views of DUMBO, Sunny and Matt’s engagement session was a walk down memory lane. We retraced the area of their first date, wandering through the neighborhood, stopping for a slice at none other than Joe's Pizza, and catching a subway ride across the river. We wrapped up the day soaking with breathtaking views of NYC.🗽🍕❤️

It was such an amazing adventure :)

Always love when couples reach out for a Hong Kong-inspired shoot. It’s a vibe, and I make sure every concept is completely unique to the two of them!

For Phillip and Madeleine, we spent the afternoon exploring some of my favorite hidden corners of Chinatown. We even managed to sneak into the supermarket right before closing time for that perfect, candid fun. (don’t mind us!) 😉

W***y had the ring ready and the perfect date planned for Wednesday evening. But when we saw the forecast calling for rain, we made a last-minute pivot to Tuesday, it couldn't have worked out more beautifully on the steps of Fort Greene Park.

Sometimes as a photographer, I give a little direction to help create those natural, candid moments. But with Mallory and W***y, I didn't need to do a thing. They were completely wrapped up in each other’s company, doing things I could never even attempt to pose. It was as beautifully authentic as it gets.

I just took a step back, moved around the locations, and documented their love exactly as it was happening while they just enjoyed being together. Just love, love, love. 🤍

From a $1 Venmo tip to a rooftop "YES!" 💍✨

Kyle planned the ultimate surprise on a Brooklyn rooftop, complete with florals (thanks Costco for the assist! 🙌) and a very special acoustic. He tracked down David, the exact guitarist from one of their past dates by secretly Venmo-ing him a dollar and his contact info months ago to set the plan in motion! 🎶

Sierra walked up to this beautiful setup, the perfect music, and their families waiting to celebrate. After a gorgeous family lunch, the surprises kept coming; right back to where it all began at celebrating 8+ years and a lifetime to come.

What an amazing start to their wedding story. Congratulations to Sierra & Kyle! ❤️

Still not over this!!!! A sneak peak into Melanie and Connor's amazing day at the Palm House/Brooklyn Botanical Garden. The real show stopper was their Wushu performance as their first dance. Love witnessing couples weave their story and interest into their wedding. One of a kind memories.

Joy almost didn't make it to her own proposal! After a grueling day at the hospital, the universe (and some very fast walking) aligned to get her to MoMA PS1 just in time.

There is so much magic in this specific spot. PS1 was supposed to be the location of Douglas and Joy’s first date, a date that never actually happened. It was the "what if" spot, but now it’s forever the place where they said "Yes." A massive thank you to the incredible staff at for the ultimate assist. They made sure the James Turrell Meeting exhibit was secure so these two could have the sky all to themselves (well, except me entering haha📸😜). Congratulations Douglas and Joy and thank you for trusting me with this surreal moment!

Right at the peak of the cherry blossoms, on a perfect afternoon, Paul asked the big question under the Cherry Esplanade. 💍
​"Crowded" would be an understatement, but the second he dropped to one knee, the world went completely still. It was that kind of silence where you could hear a pin drop hundreds of people holding their breath, just waiting for the "Yes."
​When she finally said it, the whole park erupted. The cheers were absolutely roaring! It was easily one of the most magical things I’ve ever witnessed. Congratulations Paul & Amanda, thank you for trusting me with this moment.
