We are so excited for July’s Moon Dinner! 🌕✨
Join us for a special summer dinner set on the picturesque grounds of the historic Boal Mansion in Boalsburg.

This event is also presented in collaboration with Gorinto Productions’ Secret Planet, an international music series that brings groundbreaking and globally influential artists to Central Pennsylvania.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy borderless music specially picked for the occasion—before and after dinner—with info-sharing on Secret Planet’s Community Supported Music (CSM) program.

Come celebrate the magic of the moon, live music, rich history, and delicious seasonal food in a warm, communal setting.

Dinner will take place at The Boal Mansion at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17th, 2025: 163 Boal Estate Drive, Boalsburg

We had such a great time catering this weekend! Last night, we put together an Italian-themed celebration for a graduating senior, and the menu was a hit:

Antipasti spread

Italian meatballs in fresh marinara

Last Friday’s Moon Dinnee was pure magic – a perfect way to welcome the spring season. A heartfelt thank you to for graciously hosting us, and to for the beautiful rentals that brought our tablescape to life.

we had the chance to really showcase the abundance of spring vegetables beginning to emerge from our local farms.
Highlights from the menu :

White pine and ginger mocktail

Herbed radish butter terrine on einkorn flour focaccia

Mushroom and thyme soup, crème friache, shiitake bacon

Kuku sabzi tart with ramps, spinach, nettles and local goat cheese

Smoked slow roasted lamb shoulder
Braised citrus carrots
Spring greens,crushed marconas, manchego

Lemon pound cake, lemon curd, meringue

Our first dinner of 2025 is April 12th on the
Pink Full Moon 🌕 in collaboration with sculpture garden.

The Hidden Hostess is looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. . A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Follow the prep list
Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.
Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements:
Some experience as prep cook or desire to learn
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
A team player with good communication skills
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
