It is a true honor to be featured in City & Beach Life, where I had the opportunity to reflect on more than three decades of producing luxury weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events throughout New York, across the United States, and internationally.

Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant:

Hospitality is the last true luxury.

Beautiful settings and extraordinary design certainly create unforgettable moments, but it is genuine hospitality, thoughtful planning, and attention to every guest's experience that transform an event into something truly meaningful.

In this interview, I share the philosophy that has shaped my work, the influence of my European roots and New York experience, and why creating celebrations that feel authentic, personal, and seamless has always been at the heart of everything I do.

People often ask me what my favorite part of a wedding is.
It isn’t the flowers.
It isn’t the first dance.
It isn’t even seeing the room for the first time.
It’s this.
The moment when I know my clients have completely let go.
They’re no longer thinking about timelines, logistics, weather, transportation , or whether every guest is having a wonderful time.
They’re simply present.
After months-sometimes years-of planning, seeing that sense of ease is the greatest reward.
And every once in a while …
They invite me into the dance floor.
Those are the moments I’ll always remember .

Logistics, couture, weather plans, guest experience, and a 42-page production schedule? That’s where the magic is.”
The team behind the scenes - equal parts fashion office, crisis management unit, and luxury event machine.
Apparently, wedding season 2026 is giving The Devil Wears Prada 2.
And yes … I’ll gladly accept the role of Miranda Priestly. 👠.

What once felt impossible became the setting for one unforgettable wedding celebration.
A NYC apartment transformed - room by room, moment by moment - into an entirely immersive wedding experience for 80 guests.
Ceremony in the living room.
Cocktails flowing through the hallway while space quietly evolved.
Dinner revealed under candlelight
Desserts and wedding cake taking over the dining room.
And by the end of the night …the apartment transformed once again into an after-hours club.
The bride’s words at the end of the evening said it all:
“I never thought this could be done in my house.”
The beauty of exceptional event design is not just creating something beautiful - it’s reimagining what a space can become.

Under a canopy of roses in full bloom, this table was designed as an atmosphere rather than a setting. Crystal candleholders catch and refract the soft flicker of candlelight, creating a rythm of reflection that shifts with the evening air. Every detail was considered not to impress, but to immerse - to invite guests into a moment that feels suspended between nature, light, and intention.
A collaborative design with our floral designer creative colleague, where florals and table capes were conceived together as a single visual language.
This is where composition becomes emotion, and where a dinner becomes and experience remembered long after the last candle burns out.
