Consistency is key and continued discipline makes you reach your goals. Puff & Chess is back for our monthly educational chess event! Come learn, get better, play, and hopefully win some prizes. While learning and competing, eat fantastic food and drinks from as well as get your fresh h**p gear from

ANNOUNCEMENT- We listen to the feedback of our regulars and so- when you buy a ticket not only can you pre-register for the tournament but you can sign up for a lesson ahead of time. This will make sure you get an individualized lesson, work with the best teacher for your skill level, and work on the skills you want to. All levels are accepted especially if you have NEVER played before. The earlier you arrive the more you can learn.

Follow us and
on social media, sign up for our mailing list, and join the chess club to be able to keep up with our events. The next Puff & Chess will be on March 13th then April 10th as every Puff & Chess will be on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

And if you aren’t a chess player come through and chill with like minded individuals. All are welcome and encouraged to come meet someone new and learn something new.

Haven’t made it to a Puff & Chess yet? Nervous about your skills? Wanna sharper your blade? This FREE online event is for you. Baked for Basics 101 is a beginner lesson showing how chess players study and learn.

If you aren’t ready because you haven’t learned the pieces, this is for you. If you played when you were little and need a refresher, this is for you. This online event is made to be welcoming just like our in person events.

Exciting News! Puff & Chess is starting its residency at Fly Private Social (240 Dekalb Ave) starting on 12/12/24 7pm-11pm. Every second Thursday of every month we will be having our usual chess education with group lessons, individual lessons, and the champions board tournament.

Since we have a home we are starting the Puff & Chess club officially. We see this as the time to start supporting chess players with more instruction, opportunities to learn, and a relaxed inviting community to grow in. Sign up via email and learn more and get special opportunities and prizes.

This is the beginning of a new era at a great restaurant with dope food and values that align with ours. Come learn at your own pace or push yourself and battle for the grand prize in the Champions tournament.

Summary: The School of Fine Herb teamed up with one of our favorite educators Crystal Worrell. She is a professional dancer/model that has done work across the country and globe. This is an educational dance class focusing on growing community. ConBody is a great space to host a dance and 🌲 crossover event discussing 🌲 place in the recovery and mindfulness areas of dance

There are many different teachers so if you don’t know how to play come learn piece by piece, even if you do know how to play you can get better. Description: The Canna New Year (4/20) is upon us! Come join Dolo Arts and The School of Fine Herb as we bring in the new year with an art gallery and marketplace. We want to highlight and celebrate with the community that comes together at this time of year. We have local artist and small businesses collaborating on a new holiday event.

The Gallerweed is a canna-friendly art gallery where we showcase local artists and get eyes on their hard work. We are establishing The Gallerweed as a new hub of art for the Bed-Stuy and Brooklyn area. We pair The Gallerweed with a marketplace in The Garden. A nice outdoor area next door. There will be local small business vendors ranging from food and drink, to clothing, to make your own button station, and much more.

As the Puff & Chess series grows, so does our community. We don’t want the education to end when our event does, we want students to be able to keep learning on their own time. Hosted by The School of Fine Herb is introducing the Puff & Chess online chess club. This is where the education can continue and the vibes and friends you made at our in-person events can as well. It will be hosted by platform: The Cannabis United Network.

The Network is where canna enthusiasts and industry insiders meet. This is where you can find someone with your same interests, share some great content, or find innovative events. The Network is the natural landing spot for our online club where we want anybody new or interested in chess, to see what the community is about and how we are growing.
