Well, I never thought that I would be making this post but I have to. Bad news / good news. The bad news is that we will not be able to move forward with the restaurant in Trinidad. I want to say THANK YOU to the City of Trinidad, Trinidad Mayor, Trinidad Police Department, City Council, EDC Board and the citizens of Trinidad & surrounding areas for your amazing support over the last 9 weeks. You all are wonderful folks and I really am sorry we won’t be able to have a restaurant in Trinidad at this time. The good news is we will still be running the trailer and catering business as we were before. We will get the beef jerky business back up and running, and will move forward with the plans to build our own place in New York, TX next year. Who knows, we may even pop into Trinidad from time to time & set up the trailer for lunch. Business ventures are never easy, and sometimes they don’t work out like you want. Forward is the only direction to go, so that is what we will do! Again, thank you all for your support, it truly means the world to me. Love y’all!
