Chef Lauren Bruhn turns food into social art. This past September, she led the kitchen for a five-day brand activation at Casa Joy, where Italian-inspired dishes brought people together through flavor, creativity, and connection.

Raised in the South by an Italian New Yorker, Lauren moved to NYC at 27 to chase her dream of cooking professionally. “I wanted to do it in the most difficult city to do it in,” she says—a challenge she met with humor, grace, and vision.
