What a perfect day to tie the knot. Wishing Jacklyn and Jason nothing but love and adventure for all their days to come! This October day was the perfect back drop to writing another chapter in their love story!

One thing you'll never have to worry about when hiring me as an officiant is reminding me to step out of the way for your first kiss. When I first started officiating weddings, my first thought was, “How am I going to do this?” After all, it’s a lot to ask a couple to trust you with capturing their unique love story, and create a ceremony centering around what’s important to them, and what they hope for the future.

A year later, and I can’t believe how incredibly lucky I am to do this work. Not going to lie, I still get choked up whenever I see the bride walking down the aisle, and when the couple recites their vows. It’s also such an amazing feeling to be part of something so special to so many people.

To couples past - thank you for your trust and faith. To couples future, I can’t wait to help you write another chapter in your epic love story!

Yesterday, you could definitely feel the magic in the air as these friends turned lovers turned parents tied the knot. It’s always a pleasure officiating couples’ big days, but even more so when they start out as clients and turn into friends.
