THANKS FOR AN AMAZING YEAR 1!
This post is a little overdue, not much free time when you’re running a family restaurant!
Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. One of the things we’re most proud of = the number of regulars we have at the shop. Guests who have become part of The Pizza Box family. Coming in weekly sometimes multiple times a week.
We’ve even hired some of them as you’ll hear in this post. We’re not professional restauranteurs. This is our first shop, made with love on a mission to share our food with you. With a focus on local ingredients, giving priority to other family owned businesses for our products. Because small, family owned matter.
The Pizza Box is a special place, it’s more than food, it’s community. We value every person who walks thru our doors. There are thousands of pizza shops in New York City and when you choose us, we see you and we value you!
It’s a long video, but it could be much longer. So many great memories and we are humbled and grateful.
