Thank you so much to all the families who joined us Sunday for our 7th Annual Easter Egg Hunt! 🌸🐇🌷🌺

We were thrilled to see sooo many faces we have gotten👦🏻👧🏽👩🏼‍🦱🧑🏻‍🦰to know over the years and then so many new faces for the first time!👼🏻

A special thank you to Safe Haven Equine 🐴 Warriors for sharing their wonderful Ponies, Willie Wonkie for sharing his Balloon Art 🎈 talents, The Humane Society of Carroll County and the information about Pet Adoptions 🐕 , Sassy Shots for their Easter Mocktails 🍹 Fiamme del Forno for the delicious Pizza 🍕 and DJ Cam 🎤 for providing the music to the Magical day!

As the Rain came in, the bunny ran about. 🐇Frolicking in the Spring showers, lifting her ears to listen for the flowers and grass to answer her call. “Flowers & Grass as you get watered and grow, what should we do? Should the egg hunt be cancelled or do we go on with the show?”

And what she heard made her heart fill with joy! Easter Eggs Hunt should go on! With raincoats and unbrellas and galoshes galore! ☂️The Hunt may have Sprinkles but we shall wait no more!!

IF THERE IS UNHAPPY RAIN AT THE TIME OF THE HUNT: 🌦️ We will check your children in and direct you to our Banquet Room to Meet the Easter Bunny, Get Food, Facepainting, Balloon animals and music until the hunt can go on!

There are no words that adequately express how devastating it has been for the team here as we follow the news of the Key Bridge falling after being struck by the ship that lost power. We pray for the lives affected by this catastrophic event. For us, one of our family often works at these bridges with construction so we understand the urgent fears that flood your heart and head when something of this magnitude happens. Fortunately he is safe and uninvolved but we pray for the many others who are.

This video seems to be the most non-political, non-dramatized explanation of what happened and how it will impact the port and movement of goods going forward.

Happy Monday! Today, meet another of our showrunners.

Angela (she/her) is a woman of many talents. She boasts a wedding photography company of her own, as well as the face painting company that brought her to the Venue in the first place. She balances all of these, plus the Venue, with being a full-time mom to five amazing kids.

Though Angela first met the Venue as a vendor, she quickly made our grounds her go-to event space. She has hosted a total of seven events with us, a number that will only go up now that she’s joined the crew! Thus far, the Venue has seen her wedding, high school reunion, and a variety of other special occasions. Angela is excited to help others make their own moments with the Venue at Seasons!
