NEXT CAME THE BROODER HOUSE IN 2011, ONCE HOUSING CHICKENS, NOW BEAUTIFULLY ADORNED IN GRAPEVINES AND STONE DECOR INSIDE AND OUT, WITH A STONE STAGE COURTYARD ALL OVERLOOKING OUR SIX ACRE LAKE. THE ENTIRE GROUNDS ARE PICTURESQUE WITH A GAZEBO OVER LAKE VIEW, GRAPEVINES,
