Are you craving Mexican cuisine? We are too! Imagine the sunset, a Margarita in hand, and your feet in the pool. How about pairing it with a delicious Mexican meal? Our menu includes Pork Carnita Tacos, the same ones that were a hit at the Sherrard Academic Association, accompanied by corn casserole and rice, all for just $10. Oh my I forgot to post the night at Aledo Theatre where the Mercer County YMCA had an awesome fund raising night! A beautiful location, entertainment from a wonderful magician and RJ Eats and Catering prpviding a Heavy Grazing Table.

What do you mean hams not just for the holidays??? Heck no. A delicious glazed ham and hassleback Taters. Whats a hassle back tater you ask?
Well its reported that a Swedish chef at a restaurant called the Hasslebacken in Stockholm invented these in the 1950s. Crisper on the outside soft on the inside seasoned accordingly with butter and herbs and a chefs Choice of possibly veggie or salad.
Summer never tasted so good and you dont have to cook. $10
