The General Laborer role at MHR Equipment and Event Rental will include many different areas. Including but not limited to rental, equipment, tents, etc. MHR is a rental business that has been around for over 15 years. Family owned and operated allows the company to provide a personal experience for each client served. The position of General Laborer not only makes that individual apart of the MHR crew, but also the MHR family. The first year of the job will be spent training, learning, and getting educated to then grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities

Risk and Liability Management
Training (formal and hands on, i.e. videos, in person, etc.)
Customer relations – building relationships with customers, maintaining good will, calls, etc.
Site surveys
Loading
Oversee and manage truck and trailer load and unload
Cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, work room, vehicles, trailers, rentals, etc.
Inventory control – tents, poles, fittings, pins, sides, tables, chairs, stakes, caps, ratchets, and all other accessories that go into rental and event equipment
Weekly and monthly goal reviews
Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
Must be willing to work weekends
