Thank you everyone who came out to the September dressage show braving the heat and the rain!! Thankfully, it didn’t rain much on Saturday and not at all today during the show. Of course, it’s currently pouring!

Thank you to Leslie Hagberg for judging all weekend! Thank you to Sun of Beaches food truck & catering for the great food all weekend!

Thank you to all of the volunteers who kept the show running so smoothly! Importantly, thank you to the three barns who gave up stalls so that there were enough dry stalls for all horses after the rain last weekend!!

For those who didn’t make it out, you missed some great riding and lovely horses! 🦄🦄🦄

Set and ready for the dressage show this weekend! Show starts at 9am Saturday and Sunday. Spectators are always welcome, bring a chair and cash for some great food from Sun of Beaches food truck & catering!!

The September 6-7 dressage show is this weekend!! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

🔥 SSBC is WET WET WET. Unload and load on the road. Remember to BACK YOUR TRAILERS IN, don’t drive through the grass. Leave your front truck tires near the road but please do not block the road. If you get stuck, you will have to call a tow truck!

🔥Make sure you bring fly spray and OFF, the mosquitoes 🦟 are hungry!!

🔥Saturday is a full day, 9am-5pm. Please be early, not just on time!! Your ride time is when you should be entering at A and going down centerline, not entering the arena. For those riding in the small arena in the afternoon on Saturday, we usually run a little ahead as the day moves on! Please be ready to go!!

🔥 Sun will be at SSBC all weekend serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you want to take food home so you don’t have to cook!! This weekends menu looks great:

Breakfast burritos 🌯
BBQ burger with pulled pork w/chips 🍔
Hot dog w/chips hot dog 🌭
Mac and cheese bowl with pulled pork 🧀
Cold cut sandwich w/chips 🥪
Chicken salad cup (🍗🥗)
Pulled pork tacos w/chips 🌮

🔥Ride times were posted yesterday here and on the website.

🔥For those coming in on Friday, gate opens at 2:00pm. Arena will be open for riding until 7:00-7:30pm Friday evening. If you need to come in earlier, text Bonnie.

🔥If you are riding Sunday only and coming in on Saturday, please do not arrive before 3:00pm. The arena will be open for riding on Saturday after the show is over until 7:00pm. Please do not enter the arena until the judge and scribe both leave.

🔥Bring shavings, as SSBC no longer provides them!

🔥If you are bringing a 🐕dog🐶, it needs to be on a leash at all times, including in the barn area.

🔥Admission for spectators is $0, as always! Bring a chair! Come watch some great riding, see lots of 🦄, and eat some great food!!

Thank you Jen West for judging all weekend, thank you to all of the volunteers and thank you to the riders, trainers and spectators who support the SSBC shows. We couldn’t do it without all of you! See you in August for the next Just Jumpers show and September for more dressage!!
