Have you checked out our new Texas trinity platter? Brisket, ribs, a hot link, beans, and cornbread. I knew right away this one was gonna be a banger.

And I can't believe it, but week 2 of the Redneck Ribiera and its creeping up fast on outselling the Papa's brisket. Papa's brisket has been the number 1 selling sandwich since we rolled it out over a year ago, and its dangerously close to getting knocked off its throne.
