Hi everyone! This is Eddie and I'm the owner of Bounce With It Inflatables. I often hear potential customers say I found someone cheaper or can I match their price. I wanted to take a moment and address why you should rent your inflatable waterslides and bounce houses from us even though we are not the cheapest around.

First, our pricing isn't just based on the product we deliver, it's based on both the products and the service we provide. I've taken 17 years or leadership experience and skills and have applied them to this business.

For example, our brand is built on transparency and effective communication. That means when I send you a photo of a product and it looks nice and shiny, that's the same products that gets delivered and setup at your house. It also means timely and consistent responses in a professional manner throughout the entire rental process.

Another thing I've learned is to be empathetic and compassionate given certain circumstances. Here is a customer talking with Amy through our chat service that's integrated with our website. I remembered the customer because we rescheduled due to the first hurricane last year and ultimately canceled and refunded her deposit due to the second hurricane. I didn't give her a hard time and just tried to help her as best as possible. This is why she reached out last night and booked another event with us.

These are some of the reasons why you rent from Bounce With It Inflatables. I understand having a budget in this economy is necessary, and we do work with our customers on discounts, but sometimes the extra $50 bucks you saved costs you in the long run. Especially when you get a dirty slide dropped off, or the company is late not taking your calls, or maybe the delivery driver is extremely rude with no customer service skills.
