Bottled cocktails for wedding gifts. Yep we do that also! Custom wax seal! This was 156 5 oz bottles. The client choose 50/50 Martinis and Negronis.

When a color palette 🎨 is requested with cocktails, we got you covered. And these cocktails won’t disappoint in flavor! House made pineapple 🍍 and watermelon 🍉 syrups make your taste buds excited for another. Light and refreshing for any wedding / event season.

𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑃𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝐷𝑎𝑖𝑞𝑢𝑖𝑟𝑖.

2 oz plata rum #
1 oz fresh lime juice 5 oz house made pineapple syrup.
4 drops yuzu ponzu vinegar

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake for 12-15 seconds, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple frond.

Look, it’s hot out. Keep those cocktails simple and delicious. Its also too hot for outdoor weddings down here in New Orleans, but it won’t be forever… the good news is you can drink daiquiris all year if you like! And since we are in the deepest part of the subtropics it never really get too cold here, that’s why we can still have weddings September-early June! And you can drink daiquiris year ‘round! Drink’em whilr it’s hot out to channel those beach vibes. Drink’em in the winter to channel… well those beach vibes. 😎

Well the espresso “martini” is back and all the rage… So after a long day setting up the studio, I decided to make a cold brew cocktail. Cold brew, rum, Montenegro, orgeat, salt solution, lemon twist. Cream optional.

Coffee cocktails are a great addition for your next event or wedding. Bitter, sweet, sometimes creamy, and always tasty! Served up or on the rocks it’s definitely a crowd pleaser. Help keep the party going.

Sometimes it’s a good idea to turn off the tech and have some good ole fun. Put on that record player, keep it simple and pour a scotch neat, and play a game of cards with the family. Or perhaps a game of chess. Slow down. Enjoy the quiet times. Oh and drink more scotch.

A simple Old Fashioned is always a good idea. However, just adding a different style bitters can dramatically enhance your old go to with a new and exciting but subtle flavor. Try a few flavors from give those tastebuds a little kick!

Sunday morning cocktails??? Sure why not! That light coming in through the studio window this morning was epic and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make a cocktail and snap a pic. This is simply a classic gin martini but with a blanc vermouth and celery bitters.

Cherry Sherry Cobbler anyone? This 3 ingredient cocktail (4 if you count the bitters) is a perfect summertime cocktail. Sherry being the main star with a bit of tart 🍒 cherry. Crushed ice cocktail on a blazing hot day is just what you need this weekend!
