TOMORROW NIGHT… we’re planning on making this year bigger and better than ever!
NOCHI’s 2026 Cooking for a Cause fundraiser is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) located at 725 Howard Avenue.

Event Schedule
* Patron Party: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
* Main Event: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM [1]

Highlights & Features
* Alumni Chefs & Menu: Bites and dishes prepared by NOCHI alumni, including Shreka Junior (Strawberry Shortcake Petit Fours), Trinni Lucas (Blackened Seared Tuna), Joseph Trapani (Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka), Rilynn Todd (Watermelon “Tuna” Crudo), and Narcisse Burchell (Smoked Turkey and Collard Dumpling).
* Honorees: Chef Emeril Lagasse and Kathy Hebert.
* Matching Gift: Thanks to the Goldring Family Foundation, all proceeds from the event and silent auction will be matched dollar-for-dollar.
* Online Silent Auction: Features exclusive curated experiences, local getaways, private dinners, and unique packages (such as a Friday lunch for six at Galatoire’s and a taco/tortilla class with Ana and Lydia Castro). Bidding is open online and runs through September 24 at 5:00 PM.
