Last week we hosted our Spring Tasting at The Cannery, and our in-house caterer Toulouse Gourmet served up some incredible bites for our guests.

Here's a few favorites from the catering menu, including:

• Lump crab salad on fresh cucumber
• Mini beef Wellington
• Brie bites in phyllo cups with pepper jelly and praline sauce
• Crispy boudin balls

It was a wonderful evening of great food and getting to visit with our guests.
