I am a small business owner in the Mid-City area of this town we call “The Big Easy”, New Orleans, LA. I also manage a couple of Airbnb’s in the Treme’, Mid-City, Fairgrounds Triangle, Marigny & The Bywater areas. I know my City quite well; I know what’s going on and when & where it’s going down. I absolutely love this city, the food, the music, the festivals and I do it all. I am always glad to help others discover the beauty of the city I love so much, New Orleans.
I started hosting with Airbnb in January 2018 and I have outstanding reviews (see below) It is my goal to ensure your guest have a 5-Star Stay
I would love to Host/Co-Host your short term/Airbnb properties see my fees and list of duties below:
15% of listing, direct pay through Airbnb – I will write an eye catching listing with regular updates regarding local events, Manage your calendar 6 months out, set pricing, market listing via social media, accept and set reservations that meet you guidelines and handle all check-in procedures from the start of booking, greet your guest at check-in go through how to use Wi-Fi, TV etc. & get the signed copies of the House Rules and Inventory agreements for your records. I will be available 24/7 should they need assistance of any kind.
I will handle Exit check at which time we check for left behind article that may to be returned to the guest (postage paid by guest) and any damages. While it is our goal to provide a clean, comfortable & safe stay for all of our guest accidents can and do happen. Should there be any damages I will manage claims with guest/Airbnb. I will also manage all housekeeping staff; and manage all clean-up before/after check-in/check-out (pricing per unit size direct pay through Airbnb / paid by guest separate from listing rate). I will manage All laundry included in housekeeping fee. I will manage all supplies needed to operate before, during and after guest stay (paid by property owner to be billed separately.

There are not enough positive things I could say about Kim and New Orleans Restoration Properties! The property is in the heart of the Treme which gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, but keeps you close enough to town that New Orleans doesn’t lose its spark! In 5-10 minutes guests can walk to a streetcar station which provides access to the French Quarter, the Garden District, City Park, and other major New Orleans neighborhoods! The property is super-stylish and comes with two-beds, a smart tv, a beautiful bathroom/washroom, a rather large kitchen m, and high ceilings which make the place feel huge! Also, the property is extremely quiet for being on a busy/lively street in NOLA! Finally, if there is any reason you should consider staying here, it is for the wonderful hospitality Kim provides. She was so accommodating with check-ins after a hectic flight schedule, she was so fast with communication, and she offered my friends and I amazing recommendations concerning food and activities around town, based on what our interests were! Besides being knowledgeable, Kim is also extremely dedicated to the happiness of her guests. I exemplify by stating that I accidentally lost a set of keys that gives access to the property! In the early hours of the morning, after realizing the keys were lost, I was able to contact Kim who was was kind enough to leave her own home to bring a spare set to the key lock-box outside of the property! This is just one of the examples of how Kim and New Orleans Restoration Properties goes above and beyond! I will never hesitate to stay with them again! Way to go!
