NOCCI was incredibly honored to produce the NACo Closing Reception at Mardi Gras World for the third time, following unforgettable celebrations in 2002 and 2014. An event like this takes months of planning and an incredible team working behind the scenes, and we’re so proud of what we accomplished together.

A huge thank you to Louisiana’s 64 parishes. Together, we showcased the very best of our state—our music, culture, cuisine, hospitality, and the unmatched spirit that makes Louisiana one of a kind.

Groundbreaking of the Raising Cane’s 9th Ward Stadium at LCMC Health Field!

NOCCI is proud to have partnered with 9th Ward Stadium, Inc. as the Capital Campaign Marketing and Development Team, helping bring this transformational project to New Orleans’ Upper 9th Ward. From developing the capital campaign strategy and sponsorship opportunities to building awareness and cultivating community support, we are honored to have helped advance this project from planning to groundbreaking.

This stadium will create lasting opportunities for Orleans Parish youth while catalyzing community growth, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization.

Last but Not Least in our Sail250 NOLA Recap:
The Blessing of the Fleet ⚓️🙏🏼

What better way to close out an unforgettable week than with tradition. On the morning of departure, ships from the U.S. and around the world gathered at the Moonwalk for the Blessing of the Fleet — a send-off as old as maritime history itself, marking the end of five days that brought the world to our riverfront.

Local chefs paired up with a culinary specialists from the visiting ships went head-to-head at The Delacroix — New Orleans’ newest riverfront restaurant — for a Sail250 showdown featuring the best of Louisiana seafood.

Chef Wiley Lewis took first place, partnering with U.S. Coast Guard Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Cecilia Garcia of the USCGC Eagle for the win.

NOCCI in collaboration with New Orleans & Company, BRG Hospitality and Louisiana Seafood Board was proud to help bring this event to life, spotlighting the chefs, flavors, and riverfront energy that make New Orleans one of a kind.
