In Louisiana, speed limits feel more like a polite suggestion… especially on I-10, I-12, and I-49. 😅⚜️
That “70 mph” sign? It usually means: Right lane doing 70–75, middle lane cruising low 80s, and the left lane… fully controlled by somebody who just teleported in doing 95 through a rainstorm. 🌧️💨
You can be cruising at 75, minding your business… then out of nowhere a truck—or let’s be honest, a Nissan Altima—flies past you like they’re late to Mardi Gras. 🎭😭
Around here: 5 over is normal.
10 over is expected.
Anything more… that’s between them, their tires, and State Police somewhere up ahead. 🚔
Visitors? Both hands on the wheel, stressed.
Locals? One hand driving, one hand holding a drink, just vibing like it’s a regular Tuesday. 😎
And somehow, in all that chaos…
There’s ALWAYS that one car in the left lane doing 65… completely unbothered… holding up all of Louisiana like it’s their full-time job. 💀
