Happy Earth Day Everyone! Go outside and enjoy this beautiful day! But this time bring a trash bag and spend sometime picking up! This is a great lesson to share with children and it doesn’t take but a couple minutes to make an impact.

wouldn’t be be surprised if many of you have spent time putting together puzzles while shelter. If you have not, you are missing out! Puzzles are highly underrated. We did not want to suggest an activity that you have an old hand at, but we have a twist for you. Summer camp taught us that people thrive on friendly and healthy competition so we wanted to apply that to puzzles. (Thanks ) Our idea is that you and another household(s) purchase the same puzzle and at an agreed upon time you start the race to finish! Friendly wagers could further incentivize interest. Maybe a cold drink together when this is all done or a snowball between kids. (We are partial to .) Between FaceTime, zoom and the many other means of communication, you can keep track of each other’s progress and even better, you can still give each other some good hearted ribbing. Many local toy stores are open. In the New Orleans area, I recommend for puzzles and hours of entertainment for kids and grownups.
