Just the other day, my friend GK Photography asked me what was one piece of advice I would tell my 18-year-old self? 💭 As I told him, I'm not only a recovering attorney, but I'm also a recovering perfectionist. Growing up, I was always striving for merit. I thought, the harder I worked, the more reward I would receive! 🏆

What I wish I had was the foresight to know that it's better to get things done right and efficiently, instead of perfect. 💡 And that's HARD, but as I've gotten older, I've realized that the energy I spend on making something perfect is more important to me than it is to someone else‼️

There is beauty in the journey and in the improvement that comes with it. ✨Friends, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self? 💭 Share below! ⬇️

Choosing a wedding planner is a lot like choosing a partner, there has to be chemistry 👩‍🔬 ⚗️ 3 ways to know your planner is the one?

1) You can see yourself happily hanging out with your planner all day long. 👯‍♀️
