Center Staging provides custom staging, load-bearing roof and stage systems, food and craft booths, viewing stands, generators and other staples to the fair, festival, concert and film production markets. We do all the heavy lifting for you and specialize in getting the job done right the first time. We use our 25 years of experience and resources to expertly plan, design, deliver and install the

items needed to make your event a total success. Our specialties are large and small events, on-time delivery and dedication to providing the best equipment and service available. We go the extra mile to ensure that your event goes off as scheduled and without a hitch. From The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival to the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, from Mardi Gras to The French Quarter Festival, the client list for Center Staging is the who's who list for entertainment and successful event production in our region. Center Staging, which started in 1989, is a special event production services company providing infrastructure, equipment and services to the special event industry as well as corporate clients, fairs, festivals, casinos, hotels, theatre, film and other production companies. Jay Gernsbacher, President and owner, has over 25 years in the production of events. He has been the Technical Director of the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center and has worked with over 30 touring Broadway plays that have been staged in this venue. He has well earned his reputation as a "special event guru" and together with his dynamic team at Center Staging can construct any stage for any event under any conditions. Jay has been a voting member of National Academy for Recording Arts and Sciences, (NARAS) the Grammy, for over 20 years and has recently enrolled Center Staging into the ESTA Group

You just can’t beat live music and crawfish. Blessed to help produce a perfect weekend for all the patrons at the Louisiana Crawfish Festival. We provided mobile staging and food booths to hoard out hundreds of pounds of hot boiled crawfish to help support community programs in St. Bernard Parish and the surrounding areas.
