What a wonderful turnout for our Career Carnival! Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out.

We had staff from each department present to take care of questions, and tell the story of how they got into each of their career paths.

It was great to meet prospective employees and share information about current and future opportunities at the Convention Center.🎪

We are always innovating in the waste arena, especially with key partners like WEFTEC.

We did a second waste audit at this year's show to see what ended up in the landfill that could have been composted or recycled. We can use this information to improve our programs.

This was no small task, but we were happy to roll up our sleeves and get to work! Even our senior leadership stepped in and got their hands dirty. It is through initiatives like this one that we continue our commitment to sustainability and impact.

The first installation has begun with a large mural, "Heartbeat of the Crescent," featuring highlights of the city, created by Lillian Aguinaga, Monica Rose Kelly and Sasha “Swan” Kopfler.

This collection will feature a mix of works, including large-scale sculptures, fine art, vinyl graphics and murals.
