✨ Three Events. One Day. Endless Memories. ✨
Our team at Event Producers had the honor of partnering with University Medical Center to celebrate their 10-year anniversary in true New Orleans fashion—activating three unique events in one day:
🎨 Mural Reveal – Highlighting UMC’s 10-year journey with a powerful mural unveiling. We provided draping, audio, a podium, and a lively 2nd line band to set the tone.
🎶 Team Festival – A courtyard celebration featuring Choppa-style entertainment, complete with staging, audio, furniture rentals, and branded signage.
🍸 Cocktail Party – An evening gathering at Dr. McSwain’s French Quarter home, transformed into a stunning venue with lighting, audio, plants, furniture, catering, a full-service bar, and the unforgettable sounds of Kermit Ruffins.
From sunrise to sunset, our staff and vendors came together to deliver seamless service and unforgettable experiences for every moment.

We’re in the final stages of bringing a massive general session to life — complete with a custom-built spark feature, immersive scenic design, and dynamic lighting. Our team has been hard at work fabricating and assembling every detail to create an unforgettable stage experience.
