The last of our Advisory Board is certainly not the least, so let’s take a moment to welcome back Emmaline McCourt to our 2026 Advisory Board and Speaker lineup! And let’s also give a warm welcome to our newest member and speaker, Kelsea McCrary.

🎵 Emmaline McCourt has been working in the music industry for over 15 years, primarily serving the independent sector. She is currently the Director of Membership for A2IM (American Association of Independent Music), where she works with the association’s diverse group of label members. She also heads A2IM’s mentorship program, which has served 700+ employees of member companies since its inception.

🎵 Kelsea McCrary is a passionate advocate for Louisiana’s music and cultural economy, with experience that includes advancing music-focused policy and economic development efforts, supporting statewide cultural initiatives, and helping position music as a driver of economic development, tourism, workforce development, and regional identity. She is also a vocalist and award-winning choreographer, having danced and sung for over 30 years, which allows her to speak to the best of both the professional and creative sides of the music industry at NOLA MusiCon.

Y’all, let’s meet the next round of trailblazers coming in to set the tone for taking NOLA MusiCon 2026 to the next level.

We’re thrilled to welcome back Randall Foster, Robin Nicole Kindrick, and Tara Hernandez to our 2026 Advisory Board and Speaker lineup.

🎵 Randall Foster is the Chief Creative Officer at Symphonic Distribution. He champions independent artists, fosters creativity, and helps creators take control of their careers through digital distribution and publishing innovation. All of which he will bring back to NOLA MusiCon to help others thrive.

🎵 Robin Nicole Kindrick is the founder of Track Dat Sync and a sync licensing expert who helps artists break into TV, film, and ad placements. Her work unlocks powerful revenue opportunities for musicians, and she’s passionate about showing others how to do the same at NOLA MusiCon.

We’re honored to welcome back EJ Encalarde, Nate Cameron Jr., and Joe D’Ambrosio to our 2026 Advisory Board and Speaker lineup.

🎵 EJ Encalarde is the President and COO of Festival Productions, Inc. of New Orleans, and the coordinating producer behind the legendary New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. With 30+ years of experience and a talent for team leadership, EJ brings the insight and structure that make music magic happen and will do the same for you during NOLA MusiCon 2026.

🎵 Nate Cameron Jr. is a New Orleans native, artist, producer, and cultural organizer whose work with glbl wrmng, Tank and The Bangas, and MACCNO has shaped the future of music and community here in NOLA. He brings bold vision and deep roots to the music scene, both in NOLA and the industry.
