The Historic Swoop-Duggins House, 916 Lafayette Street, a historic three-story, three-bay, brick house with an attached two-story service wing located in New Orleans’ CBD. 916 Lafayette offers a private, second floor exclusively for events complete with private entry. For larger events, or guests wishing for a progressive event experience, you may opt to also include the courtyard as well as the entire first floor, Swoop's dining room, and bar, as part of your event.

The Historic Swoop-Duggins House, 916 Lafayette Street, caters to out-of-town guests by offering all-inclusive event planning services, which include coordinating all elements of your event such as our in-house catering, bar packages, personalized event website, entertainment, florists, and transportation including carriages. In addition, we also offer our carefully curated list of businesses local to New Orleans to further help you plan your event from anywhere in the world.
