As I finalize my unpacking from items packed up from 10yrs ago ( #10 means testing), I found this treasure chest of promises a prophet gave me right after Hurricane Katrina, in 2006. Some of the promises have come to pass and others I am still holding fast to.

However, the thing that stood out the most was the bookmark/picture of the person running & it said PERSEVERANCE. With the scripture underneath... "Blessed is the man that perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the TEST, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him" James 1:12

Every season has greater test, needing greater perseverance, but when we withstand the testing we will receive a greater promise! There are some promises from God, that are so big and we have been waiting for a lonnnnngggg time. God says, continue to persevere, endure the labor a little while longer. This is a big baby/promise to push out. You shall Manifest the Miracle!

Always remember...
GREAT PEOPLE GO THROUGH GREAT TRIALS! THEY ALSO GAIN GREAT BLESSINGS!!

Sometimes you can be so fully committed & comfortable in one season of your life that when a major shift takes place with challenges, pain, rejection, feelings of failure & doubt; you can't see God using it ALL to prepare you for your "Next."

He's using it all to align you with the next chapter of your life. "New" opportunities & greater purpose that would've never happened without the painful/uncomfortable shift. The shift brought a sift, sifting out everything that wasn't going into your "Next." You gotta get rid of the old to make room for the new. So, you had to lose to gain.

One of my New Hustles: Uber/Lyft driver; I'm facing my fears of the NEW unknown, chartering NEW territories & ministering in NEW unusual arenas. Through God's grace, strength & unfailing love we can do ALLL things through Christ!

I can't let this day come to an end without giving a 81st Birthday shout out to My Teedy, a Miracle worker!! She was the caterer for Miracles Event Hall & continues to cater under her business, Teedy's Village Kitchen!
A woman of beauty, strength, wisdom, love, anointed and appointed! A nurturer, prophet, educator, chef and the list goes on.
I am honored to call Irene Simmons, "My Teedy," and so grateful to God that she is apart of my life. Her wisdom, love, strength and prayers have gotten me through many obstacles and I can't say thank you enough! The woman that not only transferred the Prophetic mantle, but allowed me to live in her prophet chambers for over a year.
May God favor you and you reap a harvest for every seed that has been sewn! May God continue to give you supernatural strength & wisdom to live at least another 30 healthy blessed years, in Jesus name, Amen!
