We're bringing your favorite Sunday morning ritual back after our summer hiatus! Two Bites brunch is revving up and we have what you need, 8 am to noon at the Crescent City Farmers Market in city park by city putt.

HALOUMI BREAKFAST PITA
seared haloumi / charred scallion salsa verde / scrambled egg / pickled onion

BODEGA BREAKFAST SANDWICH
two eggs / choice of American or pepper jack cheese / roasted garlic sriracha mayo

FARMERS BREAKFAST SANDWICH
two eggs / garlicky spinach / whipped feta / pecan chili crisp

SWEET POTATO MUSHROOM HASH
sweet potato / Také Box Nola mushrooms / poblano / onion and pepper / sunny side up farm egg

TWO BITES IS HIRING!!!

We are looking for cooks to fill out our events staffing roster as we prepare for a busy fall. We are in need of 1-2 cooks who want consistent hours as well as anyone interested in working scattered events hours with us. We are building a small team of people who like having fun at work but take the work seriously. 2 years of professional cooking experience required.

Sunday morning availability is a big plus for candidates who want consistent shifts. Our farmer's market pop ups are returning soon. Experience in fine dining and/or with global and particularly Mediterranean cuisines is cool, but not a requirement.

Come join our company in the early stages and get in on the ground floor as we begin to scale up. 2027 is going to be the year of Two Bites! Interested candidates can send a resume and a brief email about your experience and why you would be a good fit to [email protected]

TWO BITES SUPPER CLUB

Come out for a very special evening of one time only dinners, featuring a four course chef's tasting menu served in a fun secret location. We'll be featuring some of our favorite local products and the best the season has to offer.

Two nights only, our first supper club in New Orleans in two years. Friday night is sold out, seats still available for Thursday. $100/ticket, includes $15 donation to ACLU of Louisiana in solidarity and support of our immigrant neighbors, without whom there would be no restaurants.

WHAT IS UP, DENVER?!?!

Two Bites is coming to town to do a One Night Only supper club with our good friend (and doppelganger) Chef Eric Vollono at Hot Shot Coffee on August 23rd!!

Two Seatings, 5:30 and 7:30 pm. Very very limited seats. Secret 5 course menu, plus a little lagniappe of course. Cocktails and beverages available for purchase at dinner. Link in bio to reserve. Tell your Mile High Friends.

Many many years ago, I had the great fortune to be roommates in my senior year of college with this lovely human, and we loved food and cooking together, and we (along with many other good cooking friends) made sure our friends ate better than a group of 20 year olds reasonably should. In many ways, that apartment was the launch point for my culinary career. From there I got my first cooking jobs, my taste for creating and improvising, and the feeling that a small kitchen doesn't limit big creativity.

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days in Maine with G, see what they have built with finocchi / g & johnny cherichello and the community around them. It was double bonus to work together, to share knowledge with each other, to create again together. Thank you to everyone who came out to eat, to The Waldoboro Inn
For hosting our dinners and sleeps, to Sammy’s Deluxe for a delicious welcome to Maine meal, and to everyone we met on this trip. We Maine, we saw, we cooked our butts off. Here's some pictures, some food, some swim, some eats.

If you know anyone in Maine, they have one more chance to eat this food tomorrow (Monday 7/13) and I suggest they hop on it. It's an experience unlike much else.

Sunday brunching! We're back this week at for another round of brunch goodies.

No hash this week, it's a sandwich party all morning long. Check out our pecan chili crisp, it's housemade smokey savory goodness with just the right amount of kick to compliment the goat cheese and spinach on our Farmer's breakfast sandwich. Get yours tomorrow!

Come find us in city park, it's gonna be a lovely Sunday morning.

Picture: our Farmer's breakfast Sammy, with garlicky sauteed spinach, whipped goat cheese, and pecan chili crisp in a brioche bun. No Waffle dogs were harmed in the making of this content, unless by harmed you mean he didn't get a bite.

Join us and our pal for a very special one night only pop up at on Tuesday 5/19. We have a few seats still for reservations, but the bar will be open for a la carte and walk-in folks. 5 to 8 or sell out. This one for all our Txow Txow fans out there.

We're excited to bring you more pop ups this summer as our catering schedule relaxes a bit. Comment below for where you'd like to see us pop up. Supper clubs, anyone?
