I had the honor of doing this pre-party for Joe’s family and friends yesterday. Today, he will be inducted into the New Orleans Sports Hall of Fame. He was an incredible athlete, and a true legend here in South Louisiana that was taken way too soon due to a senseless act of violence. Seeing them all get together to celebrate this honor for him was truly so special. This one hit a little different because unfortunately, I feel this pain all too well. Life has really been lifin’ lately. So much so that I didn’t realize that my little business turns 3 today until a friend told me and reminded me! 🥴 (shoutout Karl! You the real MVP!)
