Barcelo Gardens is taking donations for fresh produce bags which will be combined with some of the shelf-stable items to be distributed to the community. Some donations will also go to donating produce to groups making hot meals for distribution.

Note from Paul! "We have had such a great response to our produce bag donation give-away, and acknowledging that not everyone can cook/utilize fresh produce, we are very happy to announce we are partnering with the great folks at Who Dat Coffee Cafe LLC !
They are accepting shelf-stable canned goods, rice, and beans at the cafe and we will be adding some of the proteins and starches to our bags to make them more well-rounded and the rest will go to community pantries. They also have groups utilizing their kitchen to cook hot food for folks that can't and some of our produce bags will go to help with that.

Crawfish Boudin King Cake - filled with Delicious Crawfish Boudin, Cheeses, and seasoned with the same ingredients and yumminess of Our Savory Crawfish. Suggested topping: Crawfish Jelly and/or Homemade Savory Cream Sauce.

Shrimp Boudin King Cake - filled with Mouthwatering Shrimp Boudin, Cheeses and combined with the same deliciousness ingredients of Our Savory Shrimp. Suggested toppings: Homemade Savory Cream Sauce or Pepper Jelly.

Pork Boudin King Cake - Delicious Boston Butt Roasted tenderly to perfection then cooked down with the good ole southern “Trinity, Louisiana Cajun Seasonings and Spices, and Sweet Jasmine rice all blended together to make Our Homemade Pork Boudin then we add Pepper Jack Cheese. Suggested Toppings: (Mild or Spicy) Pepper Jelly and/or Savory Balsamic Sweet Onion Bacon Jam. Suggested Add’l Toppings: Bacon, Jalapeños, Feta, Goat Cheese.
