If you are near Danbury, CT or driving through Litchfield County, CT, stop by for breakfast, starting at 8:00 am, lunch, or order something for dinner. We also offer on-site catering services for special occasions and corporate functions. Executive Cuisine’s chefs have extensive experience catering to people of all ranks and backgrounds for personal events as well as In- flight catering. They have wowed guests with a traditional Vietnamese wedding, authentic Hawaiian luau, Irish pub night and more. They have created dishes for the Sultan of Brunei and other heads of state. Our Story

A little history...

Executive Cuisine was founded in 1991 by Molly and Tom Sprong. With over 40 years of combined experience in corporate aviation and culinary fields, their primary goal was to offer outstanding in-flight catering at a reasonable price. Within a short time our reputation of excellence and versatility spread. We cater to such clients as American Express, Bombardier Aerospace, and United Technologies as well as many others. It was only a matter of time before Executive Cuisine was invited into the homes of many of our high flying clients.

In 1995, we began offering event catering for dinner parties, weddings, corporate events, and more. With the increased number of orders and clients, we outgrew our original location. In 2000 we purchased an old victorian home in the center of New Milford, CT. After extensive restoration and renovations, we had a new home. Our carry-out location, Elm Street Gourmet, was opened to the public in the fall of 2002.

Today...
