On July 5th was the cousins’ reunion. Lots of laughs and memories made that day . Jod Dotson and Chris Dietle coordinated the get together along with a few others. They cooked up some delicious fish in the fryer. The photo shows all who came. Thank you each and everyone for coming!

Of all the photographs taken thru the years this is my favorite. It popped up on my FB page

The building will be getting a new sign soon. The old Salt River Barnard School Circa 1932 will be visible soon. Tours are available to the public by donations. Contact Liz for more information. This historic building is one of a few rural school houses still standing in Missouri. The building has been well cared for and a bathroom added. Many caring neighbors helped revamp the building in 2015-2016. It reopened on May 1, 2016 to the public The building was used as a community building when the new elementary school was build in town in 1954. The one acre grounds were donated by WRDotson. The building was built by the WPA and completed in 1932. Lots of history folks.
