WOW!!!! Biggest shout out to the Home Depot in Zanesville, Ohio. We had to make a large exchange today and pick up more landscaping supplies for Rustic Charm. Their Customer Service Department, specifically Janice, the employee who worked with us, was absolutely amazing!! She was so pleasant and kind, never batting an eye at the work she had to do to help us. And she did it all with a smile on her face. She knew exactly what to do to help us in the most efficient way.
Thank you Janice for being such a shining example of exemplary customer service!!
