Congratulations to Anna and Tyler, whose wedding I officiated on November 8th, 2025, Starved Rock Lodge Weddings in Oglesby, IL! They had every pretty fall wedding color and detail you could want, and the gentle rain outside was reminiscent of the tale we told inside- during one of their early dates on a rainy night, they were saving toads from the risks of being on the road. They also tied a fisherman’s knot as a part of their ceremony, as they enjoy fishing together. Love never fails. ❤️

In front of their immediate families, they shared vows and exchanged rings on the most perfect autumn day, and now they prepare for a their first child, due in April. When we acknowledged the baby during the ceremony, there was a cheer and clapping from the guests. Love never fails. ❤️
