We were proud to host the Boys & Girls Clubs of New Iberia for their end-of-summer Club L.I.T. Banquet at the Harvest Room! 🌾✨
The Club Leaders-In-Training (L.I.T.) Program gives teens real-world experience while preparing them for life after high school. Participants rotate through departments like education, arts, health, and administration—all while learning how to build a resume, ace an interview, and manage their money through select Career Launch and Money Matters sessions. Along the way, they develop professionalism—mastering time management, effective communication, and workplace etiquette.
This special evening celebrated their growth, achievements, and vision for the future with awards, reflections, and an inspiring send-off into the school year ahead.
