Let’s glow and gather on April 16th! Glowlates is a high-energy wellness event designed to bring together community, movement, and mindfulness in a vibrant and immersive setting.

Hosted at The Bradford, this unique experience blends fitness, relaxation, and connection—creating an electrifying yet rejuvenating atmosphere for potential and current clients, vendors, our Raleigh community and anyone that wants to join in on the fun! All are welcome!

Your ticket includes:
* A dynamic pilates-style workout under neon lights
* Refreshing wellness juices, drinks, community connections, and glow accessories
* A curated mix of upbeat pop & EDM remixes to keep the energy high during the workout
