Father's Day will be here before you know it and in appreciation for all that the fathers and father figures do for us all , I've created a special menu just for that weekend.

No matter which entree you choose, everything is always freshly prepared, made from scratch.and cooked with the kind of love you can taste. Of course, a custom menu can be created for your event as well.

My availability for that weekend is listed in the flyer, no more than 2 entree requests allowed per event.

Today's lesson was all about the beauty of executing a simple recipe with absolute perfection....I taught my students everything I know about how to make a delicious, homemade pizza dough and pizza sauce. We transformed those simple things into a Veggie Pizza, but the possibilities for toppings are endless.

Sunday BBQ Dinner Delivery is in full effect on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Each dinner will cost $25 and will include the following:

Choice of lightly smoked and Apple Bourbon BBQ Sauce glazed:

1/2 Chicken
1/4 Rack Spareribs
Atlantic Salmon Portion

Sides (all are included with every dinner):

Southern Green Beans with Smoked Turkey
Six Cheese Mac and Cheese
Potato Salad
Sweet Corn on the Cob
Homemade Dinner Rolls with Whipped Honey Butter

Slices of Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie will be available for $5.

Delivery fee for the greater New Haven area is $3 per dinner, delivery is free in the greater New Haven area with an order of 3 or more dinners.

When texting your orders to 203-600-1721, please include your name delivery address and preferred delivery time. Delivery begins at 5 p.m. sharp!

Your order must be paid in full $ChefCocoa18 (Cash app) or (Venmo) by MONDAY, MAY 16, 2022. No late or last minute orders will be accepted.

As a Certified Instructor and Proctor for the ServSafe, I have a dual certification to teach the Food Handler and Food Safety Manager training and I am also qualified to administer the certification exams for both.

My availability to instruct these classes and administer the certification exams will be limited to weekends but I look forward to serving local food related businesses and providing in-depth, high quality food safety training.
