Reserved Table on the Patio or Balcony with full and exclusive access to The Tasting Room building during shows, including restrooms, air conditioning, and dedicated bartenders for your drink purchases. The balcony is a covered area on the second floor of the Log Still Distillery Tasting Room that overlooks The Amp. The patio is a high-top table with an umbrella on the lower level of Log Still Distillery's Tasting Room. Platinum Rows A – F

Guests have access to standing areas. PARKING: Parking LOT A: $20 CASH ONLY – Walking distance to the venue. Located at 212 Dee Head Rd. In the occurrence of heavy rain, LOT A will be diverted to LOT B. Parking LOT B: $20 CASH ONLY – Walking distance to the venue. Located at 3191 New Hope Road. Smoking: The Amphitheater at Log Still is a NON-SMOKING facility. Will Call: Patrons must have a picture ID, the credit card used to purchase tickets, and, if possible, the confirmation number of their order. The Box Office cannot release tickets to a patron with a valid picture ID. The Box Office can only release tickets patron(s) named on the account. The Box Office cannot accept Will Call tickets left in another person's name. Best Ticketing Practices:
- Always bring a valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase tickets (if applicable) to the venue.
- Do not attempt to use a cracked phone to try and scan your tickets. Severe phone cracks can lead to the digital ticket being unreadable.
- If needed a ticket reprinted, visit the box office at Gate A.
- Always download your digital tickets on a Wi-Fi connection you trust BEFORE you arrive at the venue. The high volume of cell phone users can slow down your mobile internet connection.
- Make sure that you can view your tickets before you arrive at the show if you plan on using mobile entry.
- If you have issues with your tickets upon entry, please speak with a customer service representative at the Box office. Umbrella: Umbrellas are never permitted in the venue. (Log Still Distillery neither owns nor has any affiliation with “J.W.Dant” distilled spirits)
