Bucatini pasta sauteed in organic olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, fresh basil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Poured in chichen stock and one small amount of tomato paste then added splash of whole milk. Simmered then added pasta

In oven roasted some Sicilian sausage from Roma's Washington Mills.

Those of you that know me... know my mission and love of The Root Farm so with that...

Happy Friday!

Its an exciting day for The Root Farm!

I'm asking for a small favor that could make a big difference. The Root Farm is working to raise $50,000 to continue creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and thrive. If you're able, please make a donation. ( can be as little a $10) If not, I'd be grateful if you'd simply share this link with others. Thank you for helping something good grow. 💚

Help me reach our goal of $50,000! These funds stay with the farm to help support operations and keep our programs running!

Today is the day to PAY IT FORWARD!

LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
