Hey guys!! First off- Happy New Year!!

I can’t believe that we are already well into our second year as Full River Outpost, thank you all for keeping us BOOKED out, we are so thrilled so many people enjoy the facility!

2026 there will be a few rate changes and availability changes. Starting this year, the daily cleaning/damage deposit will be $300 and we MUST have a credit card and drivers license on file with your contract. We’ve been pretty lenient the last year, but unfortunately have to stick to this.

Most 2026 rates will be staying the same-

Daily Monday-Thursday non holiday- $100
Daily Friday-Sunday non holiday- $200
Holiday (weekday OR weekend)- $300 (if available)
Hourly Monday-Thursday only- $35/hour (if available)
The deposit applies to ALL rentals, whether hourly or daily. The facility hours are 6am-11:59pm. FRO is not an overnight rental facility, so all patrons must be checked out by 11:59pm 🎉

Also, a friendly reminder that Full River Outpost shares the building with other local businesses, we want to encourage our patrons to remain respectful and limit time in the main hallway, and keep children from playing/loitering in the main hallway as well. We want to keep our neighbors happy ❤️

Again, thank you ALL for your continued support over the last year and a half, we absolutely enjoy offering such a unique fun space for all of your party and gathering needs!
