🏑 Sunday: We’ll be set up and selling BBQ at the SYC Field Hockey Tournament at Susquehannock High School! Go Warriors! 🖤♥️

It’s official… GigaBite BBQ is now a fully licensed Retail Food Facility! 🎉🔥

It’s been a long journey turning part of our home into a licensed commercial kitchen, but we’ve officially crossed the finish line and can now cater our BBQ!

Next up: submitting our Mobile Food Facility application so we can bring GigaBite BBQ to pop-ups and events near you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and followed us through this process. We can’t wait to start serving you our award winning BBQ!

1/2 of the GigaBite BBQ team is out visiting family in New Mexico this week…so naturally, they were put to work making one of our favorites: Green Chile Pork Belly.

Smoky, tender pork belly tossed with roasted green chiles and plenty of bold Southwest flavor. Usually we stuff this into a sopapilla for our appetizer ancillaries, but honestly…it is pretty hard to stop eating it straight out of the pan.
