Our Learning & Development department provided internal development training over the past few months. They offered project-based mentorships in three categories: Salesforce Development, Full-Stack Development, and Solutions Design.

The training was led by our Software Development team and it was a huge success! We held a graduation ceremony to celebrate our trainees' accomplishments and awarded prizes to trainees who did an exceptional job!

Although we are currently offering training opportunities only for MMCY staff, we hope to expand and offer opportunities for the general public so keep an eye out for that! Congratulations and a big thank you to everyone who participated!

Our Cvent department here at MMCY had a field day at Entoto National Park last Friday. The day was filled with games and fun activities, from ziplining to archery and hiking. This is just one of the ways we wanted to appreciate all the hard work they are putting in.
