Now Hiring: Fierce Party Rentals Manager / Operator
I’m putting this out there again because so many people showed interest last time... but this time, I want to be more specific about what I’m actually looking for.
I’m searching for a leader... not just an employee.
Someone who can take ownership, solve problems, and truly run the show day to day. With or without me.
This position is for Fierce Party Rentals, my bounce house and event rental business... not the gym (yet).
The gym still has growth ahead before a full-time manager role is added.
So if you saw my last post and thought it was for the gym, hang tight... that’ll come later.
Right now, I need someone who can fully take over operations for the bounce house business.
This person needs to have a mix of organization, leadership, and grit... and also love making people happy.
What the job looks like:
Managing weekly delivery and pickup schedules (no week looks the same).
Coordinating with customers and mapping out efficient delivery routes.
Using our CRM to track leads, call backs, notes, and financials.
Making sure all equipment, vehicles, and the warehouse stay clean and organized.
Loading, delivering, setting up, and tearing down bounce houses and party rentals (200–500 lbs).
Driving a truck and trailer, or being willing to learn quickly.
We’ve made the job as efficient as possible... electric dollies, rolling straps, the right trucks, and systems that work.
But it’s still physical work. And I won’t pretend it’s easy.
It’s hard work, but it’s rewarding work... especially when you see the excitement from families, kids, and community events.
What kind of person I’m looking for:
Organized and dependable
Takes pride in a clean, well-run operation
Can adapt fast to changing schedules
Problem-solver, not excuse-maker
Wants to grow, not just “have a job”
Can handle seasonal rhythm (busy summers, slower winters)
Ideally, someone who thinks like an owner, not an hourly worker
Seasonality and growth:
Summer months can mean 8–12 deliveries in one day and 12-hour Saturdays and Sundays.
Winter can mean weeks off between events... unless you help us grow it.
And that’s part of what I want... someone who sees opportunity in the off-season.
Schools, churches, winter events... we can stay busy if the right person takes initiative.
Pay and growth:
The pay will depend on what you bring to the table... organization, leadership, driving, mechanical skills, etc.
I’m not just hiring “labor.”
I’m looking for someone I can grow with... someone who can earn more as the business grows.
We’ll sit down, figure out what makes sense, and build it together.
If this sounds like you... if you enjoy working hard/ don'tmind the physical labor, solving problems, and being part of something that’s growing... comment below or message me directly.
If you don’t like being challenged or constantly learning, this probably isn’t for you.
But if you do... this might be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
I may hire tomorrow and I may hire next year. So if interested at all, let me know.
